'True Bliss' (Melba Hamblen, R. 1986). Seedling# H78-38B. TB, 34" (86 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Standarads apricot pink (RHS 36D); lacy pink crests; falls ruffled violet with blue undertone, rimmed tan; orange (28A) beard. 'Frances Gaulter' sibling X seedling# 76-38: (seedling# 74-50B: (('Touché' x 'Misty Dawn' sibling) x 'Sienna Star' sibling) x 'Instant Love'). Mission Bell 1987.

From AIS Bulletin #264 January 1987 Introducing TRUE BLISS. 34", M-L. Elegance in form, performance and all other prerequisites. Apricot-pink standards encircle each other, offering a glimpse of lacy pink crests. Expansive falls are violet centered with a blue flush. Wide showy beards, bright orange. (Frances Gaulter sib X 76-38). #H78-38B. $30.00. Mission Bell.
