2005, Ghio

'Upper Hand' (Joseph Ghio, R. 2004). Seedling# 99-178-O. TB, 40" (102 cm), Late bloom. Standards old gold, red magenta at base and up midrib; falls electric violet, smooth mahogany shoulders and band; beards old gold tipped blue. 'Ransom Note' X 'Lenten Prayer'. Bay View 2005. Honorable Mention 2007.
