'White Peacock' ( Mrs. D. Pattison, R. 1950) TB, 40" (102 cm), Midseason bloom. Pure white self. (Superseded and Released, White Peacock; Faught, Reg. 1944, N.). 'Lady Boscawen' x 'Katharine Fay'. Stuetzel 1952. High Commendation 1951. Honorable Mention 1952, Award of Merit 1955, Cook Cup 1956.

"White Peacock (Pattison '52)-Buds show a blue cast, but flowers open and are white, the heaviest substance I have seen in a white iris. Well branched, flowers nicely ruffled on 40 inch stalk. An outstanding iris. -MRS. OTTO STUETZEL." [“Region 15, Varietal Comments,” Advertisement. The Bulletin of the American Iris Society, No. 134 (July 1954): 73.]
