From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2008: OCTAVE (T.Johnson 08) AB Early 15” (38cm). From high to low, Octave resonates with beauty. Strong, domed standards are blue-violet with rose veining. Contrasting styles are lovely dark rose-mauve. Mid mauve hafts blend to rosy lilac falls. Startling wine-black aril signals emphasize ivory to yellow beards. Octave has an exceptionally large signal for an aril median. Strong, clean growth and lots of bloom. Easy to grow. Sdlg. TU289E: Hot Jazz X Onlooker. $25.00
