Color Code W2 (White plicatas, 1949 revision)

Historic Irises assigned the Code Color Code W2 are in the following Gallery below and those lacking images are in the list following the gallery. W2 stood for blue-toned feathered whites in the 1939 checklist. The 1949 revision included all white plicatas as W2. Therefore W5 (yellow-toned feathered) and W8 (red-toned feathered) of the 1939 classification were thus included under W2 in the 1949 revision as W2Y and W2R respectively.
