'Midare Ito' (Koji Tomino by Society for Japanese Irises, R. 1993) JI (3 Falls), 30" (76 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards lavender, paling to near-white; style arms white, crests lavender; Falls light lavender, aging near-white, white halo; Standards often drop after opening, giving appearance of 3 large and 3 smaller Falls. Parentage unknown. Tomino prior to 1970.
