• I am looking for an iris named after my grandfather (now deceased), Dr. H F (Pat) Murphy, who was head of agronomy at Oklahoma State University (then Oklahoma A & M). He would have registered the Iris in the 1950s or 1960s and I think it was called a murphy iris.
