1979, Sindt

'Zipper' (David Sindt, R. 1978). Seedling #230. MDB, height 5.5" (14 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Standards yellow; falls smooth butter yellow, slightly blended; medium blue beards. 'Gingerbread Man' X 'Sun Sparkle'. Sindt 1979. High Commendation 1978; Honorable Mention 1981; Award of Merit 1983; Caparne-Welch Medal 1985.

From AIS Bulletin #232 Winter 1979 Introducing ZIPPER (Sindt). MDB (Sdlg. 230). 5-1/2 inches. Yellow with falls slightly deeper and blended. A very smooth golden garment zipped at the neck with a medium blue beard. Excellent proportions. HC 1978. $10.00. David Sindt.
