'Periwinkle Persian' (Deborah Cole, R. 2004). Sdlg 98-PS-3. CA. 4-8" (10-20 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Lavender blue self; Falls signal white, yellow center stripe, blue flash appears on Fall as flower ages. Parentage unknown, seed from SPCNI. Honorable Mention 2010, Award of Merit 2012.
