'Elegantissima' ( Dmitri Ivanovich Sosnowsky, 1915 in Vĕstn. Tiflissk. Bot. Sada Ann. xi. 2 (1915)). Later (1972) reduced to a subspecies of Iris iberica by Fedorov & Takhtajan
