Awaiting original catalog description
From Iris Test Garden Catalog, 1955: CASINO. (Plough 1955) E. L. 40 in. No. 48-3 (Wm. Mohr x Firecracker). A huge rosy Mulberry self (closest to Magnolia Purple by Wilson). Falls have Mohr veining in an intricate pattern. The semi-flaring flowers are of very firm substance, very large and well rounded form, and long lasting. Beard is brownish yellow; this one draws from all that see it, and nothing in commerce like it. $15.00
