'Dark Spice' ( Gordon Plough, R. 1966). Sdlg. 59-261-32. TB, 29" (74 cm), Early midseason bloom. Color Class-R1D, Standards nearly solidly colored blackish red-maroon (Wilson 1030), blended lighter at base showing yellow ground color; Falls same with darker margins, center lively dark red blended into yellow toward heart; mustard-brown beard.
