'Dawn Crest' ( Fred DeForest, R. 1957). Sdlg. 57-9S. TB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom. (Recorded Color Class-R4 used 39 chart, we correct to O4Y 1949 revision) , Standards pink, Falls yellow. 'Frances Kent' X pink sdlg. Irisnoll 1960. Honorable Mention 1960. Award of Merit 1962.
[Cooley's Gardens 1965] Considered by the late Fred DeForest as one of his all time finest productions. Standards are bright orange-pink, three inches wide, and ruffled.
