'Holiday Spirit' (Thomas Johnson, R. 2009). Seedling# TX54A. TB, 34" (86 cm), Late bloom. Standards cream washed medium chestnut overall; style arms gold; falls cream ground almost completely heavily sanded rich mahogany, darker and more solid at edge; beards old gold; slight fragrance. 'Tangled Web' X 'Ring Around Rosie'. Mid-America 2009.

| From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2009: HOLIDAY SPIRIT (T.Johnson 09) TB Midseason-Late 34” (86cm). Warm and comforting as the soft glow of candles is Holiday Spirit. Cream standards are washed mid chestnut overall and gold styles burn softly within. Heavily ruffled falls are completely sanded rich mahogany, becoming darker and more solid at margins. White area around old gold beards is heavily sanded plum. Show stalks have three branches and 7-8 buds. Sdlg. TX54A: Tangled Web X Ring Around Rosie. $50.00. |
