From Bay View Gardens, 1965: MEADOW MIST (Ghio '64) ((Desert Song x (Hilda: (Tiffanja x Mulberry Rose)) X Char-Maize). From this breeding departure comes this exciting advancement toward our goal of a pure green iris: a smooth self of creamy-green-yellow with a large blue area below the caramel beard. The effect is quite green. A most exciting parent with some of the greenest iris ever seen bloomed from it last spring. Meadow Mist X (Pretty Quadroon x Frosted Starlight) was a particularly promising cross. No pollen, but sets seed easily. $20.00
