'Music Of The Surf' (Barry Blyth, R. 2011) Sdlg. T319-1. TB, 37" (94 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards blue violet deepening at midrib, shading to icy blue on outer petal; Falls smooth blue-violet deepening slightly at hafts; beards muted soft lemon; slight sweet fragrance. P183-2: (Let's Romp' x 'Careless Whisper') X R74-1: ('Treasure Trader' x O139A: ('Wintry Sky' x L185-'Mango Daiquiri' sib)). Tempo Two 2012/13.

Hybridizer's Comment : Standards are icy blue on the outer and deepening to blue violet at the midribs. Falls are lovely smooth blue violet, deepening slightly at the hafts. Beards are muted soft lemon. This is a standout variety that has really captured our eye every time we look at it. Superb branching and growth. We really love this. Quite fertile and so far only one cross has flowered for us as yet and one selection marked. Pedigree could give anything.
