From Brown’s Everblooming Iris Garden catalog, 1963: Summer Goldilocks - $15.00 - Flower- S. Golden Yellow- Closed F.-GoldenYellow- Medium Flare. Triangular White area beside Golden beard, extending part-way down Falls with Golden veins in it. Beard is Golden Yellow. Sets seed easily. Reblocim last of August. 2-year record. Stalk 34 inches, 5 branches, 16 buds. Parentage: (Mattie Gates X Summer Surprise).
