'Gizmo' (Ben Hager, R. 1976). Seedling #AMD2541DV. MDB, height 6" (15 cm). Late midseason bloom. Dark violet; darker red-violet spots on falls; self beards. 'Prodigy' X seedling #MD2267A: ('Scale Model' x 'Brownett'). Melrose Gardens 1977. Honorable Mention 1978; Award of Merit 1983; Caparne-Welch Medal 1987.
