- Kumquat has rebloomed for me in October in 2012 and 2013 in my zone 6b garden in Middletown, VA. Both years rebloom was on only one stalk. Kumquat tried to rebloom again in the early winter but it was too cold -- ColinCampbell - 2014-04-02
