From Fay catalog, 1956: Cliffs of Dover (1953) $7.50. No. 49-17- New Snow X Cahokia. Large, flaring and ruffled clear white flowers of great substance, borne on 36-inch sturdy bloom stems. There are no haft markings and the beard is light yellow. A good grower and fast increaser. Blue-green foliage. Completely winter hardy at Chicago. Mid-season. H.C. 1952; H.M. 1953; A.M. 1955; 100 Best 1955.
