'Pepper Blend' (Walter Moores, R. 1976). Seedling #1-70. TB, 34" (86 cm). Early bloom and rebloom (October in Texas). Standards almost solid dark red (RHS 183A); fancy fancy plicata with dark red-brown, blending to yellow and then white at center, red-brown central stripe. ('Wild Ginger' x 'Edenite') X 'Cayenne Capers'. Moores 1977.
