'Appian Way' OB- (Gordon Plough, R. 1957). Sdlg. 50-39-4. TB-onco, 45" (114 cm). Early midseason bloom. Mineral violet blending to phlox purple; yellow beard. 'Snow Flurry' X 'Capitola'. Eden Road Iris Gardens, 1958.
