'Armenian Descent' OGB+ (Glenn Timbs, R. 1980). Seedling 75-2. AB, 33" (84 cm). Early to midseason bloom. Standards medium violet, veined deeper violet; Falls deep rose violet, veined deeper violet, white hafts veined violet; black violet signal; pale beige beard tipped brown. 'Dorcas' X Werckmeister clone #1: ( 'Bronze Beauty Van Tubergen' x ( 'Teucros' x I. susiana), later introduced as 'Werckmeister's Beauty')). Sibling to 'Israeli Rose'. Aril Society, 1981.
