From AIS Bulletin #210 July 1973 Introducing DESERT DOVE (Flanagan '72) AR; 34". Sdlg. 64034-11. (Dove Song x Kalifa Hirfa). A large, tall arilbred, smoothly finished in tones of pale violet and light beige, with a burgundy-red overlay below the subdued orange beard. Domed standards and wide, recurved falls. This arilbred is free of the dark splotches and markings so often found in this kind of breeding. Very fertile pollen. $20. Rockhill Gardens. |
