'Desert Finery' (Lois Rich by James Whitely) OGB 23" (58 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Standards fluted and ruffled violet, veined dark purple, tan violet style arms; Falls rose violet evenly spaced violet veins from burgundy wine signal to edge; light yellow orange beard. Seedling R76-83A: ((seedling R69-203L, onco hybrid x 'Garden Gold') x ('Bethlehem Star' x aril seedling)) X seedling RH73-176H: (seedling R71-109C: ((seedling R69-108A: ('Bagdad Beauty' x 'Pink formal') x 'Welcome Reward')) x ('Welcome Reward' x seedling R64-23A)). Aril Patch and Aril Society 1990. Honorable Mention 1992.
