'Dizzy Sammy' OB (Doris Foster, R. 1970). Seedling 68-40-1. AB, 12" (30 cm). Early to midseason bloom. Standards canary yellow; Falls canary yellow with chestnut brown pumila type spots. 'Dizzy Dame' X I. samariae . Foster, 1970. Honorable Mention 1973.
