'Ech-Chams Harra' OGB+ ( David Flesh, R. 1962). Seedling AA-10. AB, 32" (81 cm). Very early bloom. Standards light buttercup yellow; Falls deeper buttercup yellow; maroon black bars near black splashes at orange tan beard. (Seedling CGW-W1 x 'Kalifa Baltis') X I. auranitica . Flesh, 1963.

From The Flesh Gardens catalog, 1963: ECH-CHAMS-HARRA-(C.G.W.)-W-1 X Kalifa Baltis) X (I. auranitica). Brightest pure deep yellow, lightly marked in tan on the standards, deeply marked in black on the falls, the markings being linear, running with the long axis of the falls. Beard bronze, blooms large and showy, stalk 28 inches, two branches, four blooms, sometimes six. FERTILE BOTH WAYS, PRODUCING EXCELLENT SEEDLINGS. FEW PLANTS AVAILABLE FOR SALE IN 1963 SEASON $20.00.
