'Gates Ajar' OGB- (Gordon Plough, R. 1964). Seedling 59-97-1. AB, 28" (71 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards buff yellow veined light brown; Falls buff yellow, dark brown veining radiating from mustard beard; some purple splashes; straw yellow styles. 'Imam Adib X 'Blue Gate'. Eden Road Iris Gardens, 1965. Honorable Mention 1968.
