From AIS Bulletin #212 January 1974 Introducing GOLDEN DOLPHIN. Arilbred. 24". M. Sdlg. 71-10. Clean deep golden yellow, both standards and falls. Large reddish black signal patch. Bronze beard. It is a lovely flower and has such perfect onco form and beautiful signal patch. The pollen parent is BAYAN KHAN, one of the brightest sealing wax yellows that we have seen. It is one of Mr. White's last arilbreds (1962). Best seedling at Albuquerque, N.M., 1973. Best seedling Northern Illinois show 1971. Miss Mid-America X Bayan Khan. $25.00. Mount Clare Iris Garden. |
