■(AB) 'Herby's Pride'

1984, Graves

'Herby’s Pride' OGB- (Herbert Graves by Cleo Palmer, R. 1983). Seedling 228-64. AB, 9" (23 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Blue white with large, irregularly defined, red spot over most of falls; short white streak at tip of beard; yellow beard tipped white; blue white styles. 'Honey Bug' X 'Kalifa Gulnare'. Palmer's Iris Gardens, 1984.

From AIS Bulletin #253 April 1984 Introducing HERBY'S PRIDE (Herby Graves) Arilbred Median, 9/1, M-L. Pale blue-white with large, irregularly defined red spot over most of falls. Short white streak at tip of beards, which are yellow tipped white. Narrow hafts and somewhat narrow and long falls. Good substance and semi-flaring. Honey Bug X Kalifa Gulnare. $7.50. Palmer's Iris Garden.
