'Jory's Mt. Sinai' OB- (Stafford Jory by Phillip Edinger, R. 1979). AB, 30" (76 cm). Early midseason bloom. Coffee brown self. ('Grace Mohr' x ('King Midas' x 'Alta California')) X 'Capitola'. Jory, 1949.

NOTE: 'Mt. Sinai' by Stafford Jory was introduced in 1949 but not registered at that time. Name now in conflict with 'Mt. Sinai' (Wagner 1975). For the Wagner iris see 'Mt. Sinai'.

From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1956: MT. SINAl (Jory 1949) E. M. 32 in. (Grace Mohr seedling x Capitola). Another oncobred of unusual coloring. blended mauve and brown. 1.00.
