1986, Moores

'Kuala Lumpur' OGB- (Walter Moores, R. 1986). Seedling 83-2-C. AB, 16-18" (41-46 cm). Very early bloom. Standards blue gray, light olive blending to midrib; falls olive gold; brown spot surrounding brown beard. 'Sherlock' X 'Moon Dust'. Moores, 1987. Honorable Mention 1989.

From AIS Bulletin #265 April 1987 Introducing KUALA LUMPUR-Aril-Median, 16-18", VE. Standards are blue-grey with light olive blending to midribs. Falls are olive-gold with brown signals and beards. Perfection in form with three to four buds on branched stems. Sherlock X Moon Dust. $12.50. Walter Moores.
