1988, Meek

'Little Brown Jug' OGB- (Duane Meek, R. 1988). Seedling 48-1-9. AB, 10" (25 cm). Early bloom. Standards muted mustard; falls tan brown, recurved; gold beard. ('Grace Note' x 'Wilma V') X 'Kasbah Queen'. D & J Iris, 1988. Honorable Mention 1990.

From AIS Bulletin #269 April 1988 Introducing LITTLE BROWN JUG (D. Meek '88) AB, 10", E. #48-1-9. $10.00. The slightly open standards are sort of a muted mustard. The recurved falls are tan-brown. Gold beards. Very good form and color with 2 to 3 buds. (Grace Note x Wilma V) X Kasbah Queen. D&J Iris Gardens.
