'Nine Mile' OGB+ (John Holden, R. 1984). Seedling Hh17a. AB, 22" (56 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards very dark brown; falls darker brown; black signal; dark brown beard. Seedling Hh11c: (seedling Hf19: (I. auranitica, (Tel Jaffna) x ((I. gatesii x I. nigricans) x seedling PF3480))) X ('Kalifa Kashan' x (Wilkes seedling WW7: (seedling MG10Sal x seedling W7) x 'Arjuna Aga'))). Aril Iris Farm, 1984.
