From Easy Breeze Gardens catalog, 1956: PHLOX PINK (Linse 1956) 40". Early. A great favorite with the ladies! Another new color, for according to the color chart it is Phlox Pink with falls shading to orchid, and adorned by a slight violet signal patch and golden yellow beard. This gives a very pink effect when placed with the blues and is a wonderful companion for its sisters, Darlene and Melody Waters. Falls 3½ inches across and the flowers have a spread of 7½ inches. Good stalks with two branches and terminal. Seedling NSCAP-·5, from New Snow X Capitola. Each $20.00 |
