1953, Tompkins 'Prairie Dawn' (Chet Tompkins, R. 1953). Eupogocyclus hybr., 38" (97 cm). Midseason bloom. Color Class-Y5, Light gold blended pink. 'Elmohr' X 'Honeyflow'. Fleur de Lis 1953. Also listed in TB web. 'Prairie Dawn'. NOTE: This iris has not been accepted as an arilbred by the Aril Society International because it does not exhibit the aril characteristics necessary for ASI acceptance. See below:
