'Red Sands' OGB (Howard Shockey, R. 1993). Seedling 88–164-BA. AB, 28" (71 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards rose orchid; falls light buff ground with rose overlay; brown black signal; bronze beards. Seedling 86–138-R: ((seedling 179–105-C: ('Stars Over Chicago' x 'Welcome Reward') x 'Desert Princess') x 'Syrian Moon') X seedling 86–140-T: (((seedling 179-105H x 'Syrian Moon') x ('Heart Stealer' x seedling 179-105C)) x 'Onlooker). Arilian Acres, 1993. Honorable Mention 1996.
