(AB) 'Whirligig'

1957, Housley

Whirligig' (Lys Housley, R. 1957) Seedling VV53D. TB-onco, 42" (107 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Standards sandalwood, infused olive, violet flush; Falls lavender flushed, bronze-gold shoulder, reverse olive; violet stripe. 'Sea Lark' X 'Lady Mohr'.

Also listed in TB web. 'Whirligig'.

NOTE: This iris has not been accepted as an arilbred by the Aril Society International because it does not exhibit the aril characteristics necessary for ASI acceptance.
