1979, Holden

'Desert Patina' OH (John Holden, R. 1979). Seedling Hh46a. AR, height 14" (36 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards upright and closed, reflexed at sides; gray buff with greenish cast; mulberry patch on midrib; Falls red brown, gently recurved; yellow beard; dark maroon signal; green stripe on golden style arms. Seedling Hf9: ((( I. gatesii x I. sari) x (I. gatesii x I. auranitica)) x I. auranitica , v.Tel Jaffna) X seedling Hf10: ( I. auranitica x I. urmiensis). Aril Iris Farms, 1979.
