'Amy Renee' ( Carl Jorgensen, R. 1981).Seedling #4-21-5D. BB, 18" (46 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Standards tangerine orange (RHC 9/2); Falls lemon yellow (4/1); vermillion red beard; ruffled; pronounced fragrance. Brizendine seedling #68-64 X seedling #2-21-4: ( 'Coral Comments' x 'Spanish Gift'). Long's Gardens, Summit Iris 1982.

From AIS Bulletin #245 April 1982 Introducing AMY RENEE (Jorgensen) Sdlg. 4-21-50. BB, 18", EM. Named for our granddaughter, and like her, bright and cheerful. Standards tangerine orange, falls lemon yellow with vermillion red beards. Ruffled and fragrant. Brizendine 68-64 X (Coral Comments x Spanish Gift). $15.00. Long's Gardens.
