1988, Byers

'Candyland' ( Monty Byers, R. 1988). Seedling #C25-100. BB, 23" (58 cm), Early midseason bloom and rebloom. Standards white with faint flush of pink on midrib; falls peachy pink with suffused white border; tangerine beard; lightly ruffled; slight sweet fragrance. 'Face Powder' X 'Marmalade Skies'. Moonshine Gardens 1988. Honorable Mention 1990.

From AIS Bulletin #269 April 1988 Introducing CANDYLAND (BB) 23", E-M. Face Powder X Marmalade Skies. S. white with faint flush of pink up midrib; F. peach pink with suffused white borders; tangerine beards. Very clean and pretty, well formed flowers with horizontal flare. Practically an everbloomer here. $25.00. Moonshine Gardens.
