From Tell’s Gardens catalog, 1959: CHOCOLETO (Mrs. Louis (Crescent) Deru, Ogden, Utah). Early to Late. 22". (Grand Canyon x Tobacco Road). A grand little border iris on well branched stalks. No pollen, but could be used as pod parent for more of this type. A very smoothly finished chocolate brown flower with nicely flaring falls, and the size of the flower is in keeping with the stalk. No.T-52-20 H.C. '58. $ 10.00
