'Dark Topic' (Alta Brown, R. 1966). Seedling #57-36-18. BB, height 23" (58 cm), Midseason bloom. Deep red-black; falls slightly darker than Standards; bronze beard. 'Great Day' X 'Sable Night'. Brown's Iris Garden 1967
