Standards beige-pink (RHS 27C); falls light beige-pink (27D) edged 27C; tangerine beard. 61-42 (involving 'Pink Ice', 'Fleeta' and 'May Hall') X seedling #63-17 (involving 'Arctic Flame', 'Fleeta' and 'Mary Hall'). Lakelawn 1969. High Commendation 1968; Honorable Mention 1970; Judges Choice 1971; Award of Merit 1972; Knowlton Medal 1975.

DRESDEN FRILLS (Rudolph '69). Smooth light orange border bearded bitone. Standards are evenly colored beige pink and slightly open. The edging of the falls matches the standards' coloring, while the centers of the petals are lighter, showing off the tangerine beard. The full flaring falls have the circular pleated-skirt look characteristic of many Rudolph irises. Excellent branching. [Sexton, Don (1972).
