1971, Hamblen 'Honey Spice' ( Melba Hamblen, R. 1970). Seedling #H7-7-1. BB, 24" (61 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards tan flushed violet; falls bronzy tan, flushed violet; orange beard. ( 'Ruffled Organdy' x 'Rosedale') X ( 'Yellow Dresden' x 'Golden Flash'). Mission Bell 1971. Honorable Mention 1972; Judges Choice 1972. See below:
