'Picaro' (Marky Smith, R. 2014) Seedling #09-20V. BB, 24" (61 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Standards edges and ribs sunflower (RHS 9C), centers smoked dark rose, gold dusted; style arm ribs and style tips sunflower, cream (near 182B) along midribs; falls washed port wine (187A), fine red-violet luminata veining, bright yellow heart surrounding beard, long cream spear below beard, yellow rim; beards saffron (23A) in throat, ends tipped yellow; heavily ruffled; luminata pattern; pronounced sweet fragrance. 'Wise Woman' X seedling #06-23R: ('Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine' x seedling #03-22E: (('Bruneau Jasper' x 'Flights of Fancy') x 'High Master')). Salmon Creek 2018. Honorable Mention 2022
