'Pixie Prince' ( William Simon, R. 1982). Seedling #33-45-10. BB, 24-25" (61-64 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards heavily ruffled and pleated deep pink; falls deep pink; red coral beard. 'Loudoun Princess' X 'Pink Challenge'. Simon 1985. Honorable Mention 1987.

From AIS Bulletin #265 April 1987 Introducing PIXIE PRINCE (Simon '85) BB, 23", M-L. Heavily ruffled and pleated smooth deep pink self. Excellent proportion. We believe this to be the deepest pink coloring of any iris introduced to date. A few were released locally in 1985. Sdlg. 33-45-10: Loudon Princess X Pink Challenge. HC '84 (14 votes). Not available as an extra. $20.00. Harold Stahly.
