From AIS Bulletin #153, April 1959. Introducing SMILE AWHILE (Sdlg. #214) (#101: Snow Flurry x Chivalry) X Self. An F2 seedling from my Snow Flurry X Chivalry· line. This is a border-type plant 28" high. It is a clear fragrant light lavender-blue with flaring deeply ruffled falls with lots of substance. Geddes Douglas believes this may prove useful for breeding ruffling into the border class. $10.00. The Iris Farm. |
