Joseph Gatty by Keith Keppel, R. 1997). Seedling #X63-4. BB, 26" (66 cm), Late midseason bloom. Greyed mulberry purple (M&P 45-J-9 to 45-K-10), falls with paler (42-F-5) central overlay, shoulders infused pale flesh (4-E-9) to ivory, veined mulberry; beards amethyst (45-J-8) at end, cacao brown (5-B-11) to brick orange (5-B-12) midsection and throat; ruffled, lightly laced; pronounced musky sweet fragrance.
