■(BB) 'Teapot Tempest'
1999, Markham
'Teapot Tempest' (Lynn Markham, R. 1998) Seedling #92-17B. BB, 27" (69 cm). Late midseason bloom. Bright raspberry orchid self (Munsell 10P, 4/10 to 3/9); style arms white, raspberry orchid ribs and crests; beards soft light blue blending to soft gold in throat; crystalline finish; flared, lightly frilled; purple leaf base; very slight sweet fragrance. 'Angel Feathers' X 'Pops Concert'. Markham 1999. High Commendation 1998; Honorable Mention 2001; Award of Merit 2004; Knowlton Medal 2008.
